Then you get your tea as made by ISO 3103 guidelines, but your 200 ml, 105g white porcelain bowl was "accidentally" dropped into the unflushed toilet of a person with the bubonic plague who had ODed on laxatives and had anal sex with someone with AIDS, gonorrhea and herpes, then barely (if at all) washed before pouring the tea. (Since I did not see it specify anywhere that the bowl had to be clean.

Wish granted, it can clean itself now but that doesnt mean it has to.
