We've been cosplaying longer than we've been making videos.
We have too many costumes to list, so you can go here:

Cosplaying is always fun. We never went to a convention, but the officers of my school's anime club dressed up as the cast of Ranma (well, a bunch of the male cast and Akane...). We had a blast. Unfortunately I can't Ranma nearly as well after having to get my hair cut when I started interviewing for jobs :/

A friend of my wife's was staying with us for a while before AXNY this last year, and she helped make a couple new costumes, and at AXNY I was dressed up as Tuxedo Kamen (on the day my wife came to the con in her Sailor Moon outfit), Great Saiyaman, and the Apple Tree Afro Ken from my avatar. I'll probably be bringing the Afro Ken 'wig' with me to Katsucon.

I'm probably going to 'dress up' but not compete in Cosplay because I'm dressing up as a wrestler.... actually an 'MFer'. I'm making the pants, t-shirt and also the rist bands...

I'm going to dress up as Gene Starwind this year instead of Markus which was my own anime character from Ultimate Wizard Battles.

I am going as Gendo Ikari from Evangelion or Roronoa Zoro from One Piece. I will be cosplaying at Animazement.

I've begun a commission on a Seta Soujirou costume from Rurouni Kenshin. It's for ACen'03 and possibly A-kon 2003. Perhaps I'll see you guys there. I doubt there will be *that* many Soujirous. I did a hastily made Vaughn Fanel from Escaflowne at ACen'02, but this year I'm actually...spending money (gasp!). BTW I didn't know this stuff was THAT expensive. Also didn't know people were so talented :).

I also suggest cosplay.com I found it yesterday and found tons of places to possibly do a commission.
