Shinji Ikari: Evangelion- What can I say, this kid was a total bitch. This kid is almost the reason I totally gave up on Eva (thank God for Asuka & Rei though

Gundam Piolits: Gundam Wing- All that can be said here is that they are all just bitchy bishoujos that need to learn to let go. I mean they act like their lives are over when they are only just what? 15, 16? C'mon, they still got plenty of time to change their lives and live the way they want to. They act like things can't change when they do...
Vash & Knives: Trigun- It really wasn't these guys who annoyed me, it was their outlooks on things. Knives had this twisted little fantasy that everything he felt was inferior to him should die. And Vash had this idea that nothing should die and should just live forever like him. Not to really bash these cool guys to much, but their outlooks on things just made them seem like children without any wisdom. And they're supposed to be hundreds of years old and full of knowledge but yet they think on certain things like a unknowing child would.
Ed: Cowboy Bebop- The retard of retards in anime. Ed was the utterly pointless waste of ink and cells in what is one of the best animes out there. I remember upon first seeing Ed, I thought it was cute but then another 2 minutes later I found myself wishing Spike, Faye, Jet, HELL even myself, would just lead Ed into the air lock and watch it die!

Gotenks:Dragonball Z- This kid messed up everything for the good guys during the Majin Buu saga. He was totally arogant and just needed a well placed boot to the head from level 3 Goku.
Larva: Vampire Princess Miyu TV- All this guy would say is "Miyu" I mean c'mon! Expand your vocabulary dude! I mean yeah he did say some different things in some episodes but mainly he just said "Miyu" and it got pretty damn annoying by episode 5.
Tidus: Final Fantasy X- Nobody likes this guy, what can I say. He was just a total pussy compared to the true star of the show Auran. Besides that, most of his lines sucked, and he was a jock to cap it off. I was glad Tidus left in the end of the game. He was by far the wussiest hero to ever be in a Final Fantasy game.
Celestin: Ah! My Goddess the Movie- This guy just pissed me off. Talk about a narrow sighted view on matters. This guy thought the only way to make things right and fair was to kill everything and start all over. I mean, he's supposed to be an angel and whatnot, but yet he lacked in what everyone up in heaven had. Some optimism that things will change for the better. And besides that he totally used the one person who cared about him like a tool and then expects her not be pissed. And to cap it all off, his hair cut just looked dumb.
Well, those are some of the ones off the top of my head, I'll probly think of some more later though...
