Slickest Anime Characters?

Golgo 13 is just "look at me, i'm badass, we both know it, we're going to have sex but if anyone offers me money I will shoot you and the kid."

Personally I give kudos to Lupin. Lupin has survived the test of time and he's Lupin. I mean, Lupin. Come on, say it with me! Lupin! Lupin! Lupin! THE THIRD!

As much as I like both of them, I've never pictured either Vash or Lupin III to be notably 'slick'. GTO, Golgo 13, Alucard, Wolfwood, and Spike, sure.

A few I can add: Bolt Crank (EatMan), Tres (Gundam W), and Dark Schneider (Bastard!!),
