Extra stress on full disc. The PGS splitter in DVD Fab is fabulously bad. You'll need to split your vobs later some other way.

Hmmm. Are there any other options that you could recommend?Mister Hatt wrote:Extra stress on full disc. The PGS splitter in DVD Fab is fabulously bad. You'll need to split your vobs later some other way.

DVDFab9 using Full Disc + this perhaps?
Not saying I support segate in particular, just pointing out bulk storage can be had for less than five cents a GB now.

I don't think external storage is needed, a DVD is only 4GB or so most of the time, and once you split it out it'll be even less.

It was a preemptive response to the only feasible complaint over why you'd not want to just rip full discs in the first place and archive them. The OP seemed unnecessarily hesitant.Mister Hatt wrote:I don't think external storage is needed, a DVD is only 4GB or so most of the time, and once you split it out it'll be even less.

Yeah. I just want to get my video I've been working on since forever, done. Quite irritated at DVD Decryptor and can't figure out why it's not working. I've redownloaded and reinstalled DVD Decryptor and even that didn't fix the issue.BasharOfTheAges wrote:It was a preemptive response to the only feasible complaint over why you'd not want to just rip full discs in the first place and archive them. Just want something that will rip the DVD's straight to VOB instead of to another format in which I have to reformat just to edit with.

Free. You can pay some money for other features, but they're not really that necessary.
