How do you mix up $30 and $900? D:

I just finished my last test of the week, today (out of five total, one a day since friday)! All have been marked except for the one I did today, and on every test I got 90<. Fuck yeah, didn't even study any of it. Except math, which I did today. For the other four (database, game 202, networking and console internals) it was enough to just do the labs, and helping other people do the labs as well. The helping others helped more than doing the labs themselves, I think, since I got to fix other problems and troubleshoot for stuff I may have otherwise overlooked.

Had a gorgeous moment of ultimate academia as a mathematician/accountant.

Taking a test (like a boss) and I realized that I had forgotten a certain equation for a problem. Using the random accumulated knowledge I have acquired, I was able to derive the equation I didn't know from 3 equations that I did know. Further down the line, I realized I could use some statistical equations I knew to cut my work time in half for a different problem.

It was like the divines themselves graced my brain with functionality today, and I get to say "YAAAAAAY".

Oh, and I bought the Hunger Games Soundtrack. Lovely thing to have playing while doing work. :3

How do you mix up $30 and $900? D:

The short version is that my employer is a gigantic sack of shit.

I had to mess around with where certain income got reported so it was taxed differently, and I also qualified for some exemptions that I didn't factor in before.
