It will just double a frame every x, so no blending. Audio will still be in sync, but you wouldn't need audio of the source anyway. Animation will look fluid anyway. Oh, if you use it to decrease fps, it'll drop a frame every x. So there, unless your souce is already blended, you won't have problems.
I obviously suggest to use it on your source and not on your edited video, though.

Can the averages from judges be shown in categories as well? To know what we should work on :x

Example:

"Random video" by "Random person"

Technical = 92
Execution of Theme = 73
Originality = 56
Editing = 80
Judge's Opinion = 77

Total = 77,1
