Well we can do more than one gathering; one on Friday for those who can make it, and one on Saturday so we can meet everyone else. I suggest we meet at the grand piano in the lobby on Friday at 5:30. That way we stay out of the way of the j-pop concert.

Is the hotel area easy to navigate? being my first time going to Akon I don't wanna end up going inside the utility room looking for the amv contest.

It is very easy to get around in, the only real problem is when it gets crowded. My only problem was trying to figure room numbers.
