Thanks Mroni, this is something of a relief.

Although I must say I never really thought Tenchi in Tokyo was that bad, the only real problem with it was that the characters became too weird sometimes (and not really like themselves).

I'm still thinking about the Tenchi movies.

I liked the first one though I felt it was a bit short.
The second one was good but definitely too short.
The third one, was typically not too much Tenchi. I have to see it again, though I'm leaning on the side that it wasn't too great.
