The main plot and story of Princess Tutu actually revolves around crows and ravens. I think that every single episode (besides the first few) may actually have at least 4 0r 5 different ravens in it.

Oh and, the very beginning of episode 10 of gunslinger girl (season 1) shows a crow flying away from two dead bodies.

Air Gear also has a recurring crow in it. And in the last episode, it shows a flashback of the main character's childhood where he jumped off a building and was caught by a crow. He also names his skating team Karasu "crow".

In noein, Karasu "crow" is occasionally seen with a crow. And his cape makes him look like a crow.

I believe Ergo Proxy featured some crow, even if just in the intro, but I can't watch and confirm right now.. If you've seen it I might have helped you recall something though?

Also Gankutsuou, but again I can't confirm it's valid, nor at which episode it is if it actually exists. Sucks not being on my PC or I'd try to be a bit more specific.
