Considering you submitted 5 entries as non-competing it isn't that odd. Disqualified entries do not show up in the list anywhere as they are not in the contest at all, while all cut entries, including non-competing entries, are accepted for overflow, which is the cut list. Since this year we were able to obtain our target time limit through only disqualifications the cut list doesn't have any entries in it that were not submitted under the non-competing category. Essentially, everyone made it in this year.
