I liked daft punk's harder, better, faster, stronger before I started editing to it
then I listened to it for a year...I got tired of it
I still kinda shy away from listening to it since I know (or knew) that song inside and out...but I'll still listen to it every now and then

so generally, the longer I spend editing the longer I don't wanna hear the song again

I like many songs on which i edit, befor and after.
Most time i edit with a song which i heard many times befor i began to edit, so when it goes to be disliked, then befor i edit.

I would agree with most of what the others said... and I really find it interesting that no matter what you do, you can't avoid your view on the song to get changed after editing a video to it and that's mainly because you're basically visualising the music through that. I remember the time when I was not doing AMVs or whatsoever and just simply listening to the songs, and it was quite different. If this is a good or bad thing is a completely different question though. :p

I may get tired but never sick of it. Sure, it becomes boring to listen to the same song over and over again, but in almost all cases the song is the thing that gives me inspiration to edit. Of course, I'd take a couple weeks of break from listening to it after finishing the video, but they usually go back into playlists soon enough.

I think the worst song i edited too was Bohemian Rhapsody, not because it is a bad song, but because it is so damn catchy ... not only would i listen too it during my stints of editing, I found myself singing it at work too, I just couldn't get it outta my head.
