Thanks for the tip Ashton, I'll probably definitly end up getting rid of those lines with AVIsynth (I had never even thought to do that before...) and I'll look into the XviD encoding method. But i'm just so in love with mpeg, its never failed me yet (where as i've seen such horrible divx rips). As for refusing XviD, your crazy kid!You really should check out ErMaCs guide. I can garauntee if you fallow the steps carefully, you will be MOST impressed with the results. Also, if you are having problems with ANYTHING (especially the two things mentioned above) read the guide. It should become your technical bible, as it has answers to just about everything.
