Those pics probably are from some sort of dream sequence, and it's almost a certainty that you won't be able to play as Tidus (at least for most of the game) because the whole point of FFX-2 is that Yuna is searching Spira for Tidus. Supposedly that also justifies her 'Yuna Croft: Summoner Raider' look

but we'll see...

I would tell you to check out the trailer Fire because that area that they're running around in is unfamiliar to me from playing FFX...so it really can be something different....But Tidus was a dream from the fayth so I could only be a dream...also I know 99% that he isnt a playable character....I just said that he lives you know not to be alive persay....but to be in the new game

well since she's in the summoner outfit its probably a dream, probably the opening since its CG. In FFX another story which was a added ending to FFX for the international version It shows that Tidus was captured, and Rikku gets Yuna to go look for him, among other things. The game looks like it might just be the 3 girls as characters though, and their multi-job class changes they can do. Gunner, theif, white knight, black knight, fencer, to name a few, all have costume changes as well.

Hmm, I don't recall that. And I own FFX International, how confusing. I hope I didn't miss anything, unless I saw it and didn't remember.

The FF franchise is expanding, and I'm loving it!
