Why do you review your own meps

but its an opinion, it doesnt HAVE to be constructive, and everyone is biased...

some people purposefully give lower scores because they feel that a video has too high scores, some people think that ALL videos get too high scores so they make sure all their scores are lower than the avarage (and yes i am thinking of someone in specific)

heck yea im biased! all my tastes are biased, they are biased to how I think and feel a video should be.. if my opinions werent biased then they wouldnt be opinions.... and the same would be said about any other opinion i give all 10s or no... its an opinion of course its going to be biased on something.

Well, I still don't see a real reason to complain .... the world still goes on, I assume you have all your limbs, and no body is hurt ....

Plus in my op of the JJmep, I put under the bad section that my Tomo clip brought the whole thing down .... so there ...

Hmm, ALL 10s...that means that ONLY the creators have opinioned it, meaning that they weren't even good enough to get OTHER people to comment on it. I tend to avoid videos like that.

Really I think that if you just HAVE TO opinion your own video, do it honestly. I mean, just give what you THOUGHT of your video. If you agree that one part sucked then mention that, I don't think anyone can HONESTLY give their own video perfect 10s.

if we really wanted to raise the scores we would get fake screennames just to leave opinions..... we're just doing it for fun, it's not big deal o_O obviously we're not gonna give something we work on low scores, especially if we leave an opinion right after we made it.

The bias I'm talking about and the inherant bias of all personal opinion are completely different. People look at their own works entirely differently from the works of others.

bias is still bias...

people will oftentimes compare their own work to others when writing out an opinion....

I would like to point out I'm not attacking any 1/2 specific people.. I'm just attacking this action. The two videos I pointed out are just two that I could think of.. if I wanted to I could go out and gather more videos that do the same thing. Know I don't think any less of you if you do an op in your own mep.. if you do it.. fine.. I just don't like when I look at a project see all tens and think "oh this amv must be good" and that happened recently with some meps that made me eager to download it because of it's score.. but now finding out this specific pattern that sometimes happens I just felt a bit disappointed, you know.
