too bad premiere pro doesn't have key-framing. Looks like I'll have to do it frame by fram but it's okay. Anyways thankyou for the help but I find that using Directional Blur works just as good as ghosting on moving clips.

It does actually. Just select your clip, go into the effect controls tab, click the little stopwatch left of the effect name (like Position) and change the value for a couple of frames. Premiere will automatically interpolate th evalue for the other frames. You can even see a graph of the value going up and down in
the timeline if you choose show keyframe from one of the buttons under the track name (like video 1).

Then again, if directional blur does the trick, I clearly misunderstood your first post. :)

That's the effects window. You can open the effect control window by clicking Window>Effect Control.
