I didn't go as far as to say that I was interested, but that indeed I didn't have time. Which is only true when you consider the sorts of game modding projects I've been involved with

He messaged me and said that he was personaly interested in otohiko but doesnt know if he's oto's type.

I could actually confront him about this, since he seems to be on AIM after having messaged me earlier today, but I don't really feel like it.

I seriously doubt he's the only one who's in question here though, since I personally was only contacted by him once or twice - and him alone. Well, there were others, but they were just people who wanted to talk without ulterior motives, apparently.

Yeah, he's not really one of the people that I have a major issue with here (I mean, part of it, as far as the naming names thing goes). I'm more concerned with people that try to get me to buy their merchandise, or the guy that wanted my address and phone number. That guy claimed that he wanted to use a video of mine in a showing that he was having somewhere in Nebraska, and needed to have my written permission, and was going to send me the form. And he needed my phone number to call me in case anything goes wrong. He was the one who said that Kevin Caldwell referred him to me. Up until that point, I had completely fell for it.

He was very persistent. And I don't remember his username. For some reason, it's not on my block list.

So, was anyone else contacted by someone with the same, or similar, story? Or does everyone else just get "join my website or forum" spam?

I seem to get quite a few "Join my website/forum" spam IMs, from people saying they saw me on this site (which is a little odd, because I'm way more active on other forums than I usually am here). I don't think I've gotten any from the people in question so far, though.

Really? He told me he was interested in me, but he didn't want to cheat on you
