use the [ and ] buttons on the bottom right of dgindex. these allow you to index part of the vob rather than the entire thing, which can save some time both during indexing and if you need to search through the video.inuyasha0823 wrote:hi i figure out that problem now i am going through the guide i am kind of confused on the vicbond007 guide,on page five it has to mark off an area to encode.

With adobe? Why are you using adobe? That's dried bricks of clay and mud. You've got to mush the audio and the video together when it's still wet and sticky
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... ierea.html - That's about the best thing I could find in the guides. Honestly, that kind of thing should be elementary
If you can't figure it out, you can always consult the manual. Also, I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Are you trying to edit your video, or are you trying to export it? Please type out specifically what your problem is, and please try and use some semblance of grammar.

Well, after staring at his paragraph for a while, trying to decipher what he's said, it seems that he's "almost done", so I'm assuming that he's not editing anymore. Sounds like he needs to be enlighted on how to attach the audio to the video in Vdub.

assuming you've left your vid compressed losslessly or at high bitrate (uncompressed, huffyuv, dv), open the video with virtualdubmod, click video/fast recompress, click video/compression..., and choose a codec - this will show you how to set up the xvid codec.
next click on then click streams/stream list/add, then choose your audio file and click open. assuming your audio is already compressed (i.e. mp2/mp3), click file/save as and save your video.
