Spirited Away is kind of fantasy-like and it has one particular dragon in it.
However, I'm not familiar with .Hack//sign's animation style, so I'm not sure if SA's style would fit.
Also, would X work? I'm thinking more along the lines of the series than the movie, though that has dragons, too.
