I can think of one episode of CardCaptor Sakura where she used her Clow Cards as Tarot cards. Anyone think of anything else?

In fact, at the end of the Duelist Kingdom Arc, Bakura of Yu-Gi-Oh also used Duel Monster cards for Tarot cards.
Making an amv, is rather like being the director of a Broadway show, where you have a million dancers and each of them only knows one step.

Alright everyone, thanks for all the advise up to now, some of you have presented me with great ideas, as for now the list consists of:
Vision of Escaflowne
Last Exile
Ayashi no Ceres
Gasaraki
Spriggan
Mononoke Hime
S.E. Lain
Neon Genesis Evangelion (atleast End of Evangelion)

Non sures:
Arjuna
Yu-Gi-Ho
SaiKano

Definatly out:
Excel Saga
Love Hina
(these have absolutly nothing to do with the sort of anime i asked for)

As for the rest, i still have to see those series, then i can deside if i'm going to put them in

If anyone has any other ideas, please let me hear, i would be all to happy to recieve more input, and also good series to watch.

X(tv) is definitely your choice, plus I can see it fit well with Escaflowne and Wolf's Rain. I'm not quite sure about putting Spriggan and Mononoke since the animation is different than in the other animes. Since you watched Shonen Bushidou you're probably aware that the biggest error the creator made was putting animes that differ a lot in animation style. I mean One Piece and FMA clearly have nothing in common. And having different quality footage was also uncool. Try avoiding things like this when you start editing.

If you're looking for Yu-Gi-Oh, let me save ya some time and money. Of the episodes currently out on DVD - These are probably the four that would be of most help to you.

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de ... ance&s=dvd "Yu Gi Oh:Mystery Duelist (2001)" Kaiba meets Ishizu at the museum and is shown a vision of himself in another lifetime, 5,000 years ago as an ancient Egyptian Sorcerer who rivaled the Pharoah!

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de ... ance&s=dvd "Yu Gi Oh:Obelisk the Tormentor (2001)" Yugi visits the museum and meets Priestess Ishizu. She tells him that Yugi is the reincarnation of an Egyptian Pharoah who saved the world 5,000 years ago. Soon, Time will repeat itself, and the Pharoah must prepare to save the world again.

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de ... ance&s=dvd - Yu Gi Oh S 2 V 11 "Battle City Duels - Showdown in the Shadows." Kaiba v Ishizu - The Duel with Destiny. Kaiba duels with Priestess Ishizu, who posesess the power to see the future and predict every move and every card before Kaiba makes it! Can Kaiba change his destiny? Only by accepting his ancient past!

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de ... ance&s=dvd - "Yu-Gi-Oh, Vol. 13 - Match of the Millenium Part 2 (2001) Yugi vs Pegasus - The Climactic Battle Part 2" Yugi works together with his other self and formally introduces themselves to each other while vanquishing his archenemy. Afterward, sneaky Bakura gives Pegasus a Tarot card reading. (not too long, but could be something.)

Yu-gi-Ho then doesn't sound like something i would use then, not the kind of thing i relly need. And i think i can scratch Arjuna of the list to because that one certainly doesn't fit with the rest of the anime, because of the heavy CG is it. I guess Ceres might be out too because of the huge style difference, but i have to see about that still, i would really like to use it. And Digimon is a bit too childish for my tastes though.
I might as well add Ikkitousen to my list, because that one is really heavy on karma and fate, but then again, there is few footage in there that is without some sort of fanservice in the shot, and i want the video to be a bit serious.

Good for reminding me Bote, i think Spriggan still fits in pretty nicely with the rest, and Mononoke might still do the trick, atleast it is better then One Piece and Arjuna. Gasaraki will fitin perfectly since it was made by the same people that did Escaflowne.I'll try to remember your advice, but it might be some time before this is finished.
