Major php problem with a Local download

what is Nago?

It's the new machine that hosts the local videos - when you upload or download, it uses nago.animemusicvideos.org.

Right now if you try to connect to it, the "target machine actively refuses" the connection. Sounds like hardware problems.

I don't think it's a hardware issue. Nago still responds:

I don't have my copy of the a-m-v.org source archive here with me, nor can I check it out (the Subversion repository, which resolves to the same machine as nago, is also inaccessible), but from the looks of it I'd guess the video directory got moved or renamed.
