Okay, found the indirect link which took me to the website, but I am NOT finding any video with Akira footage. I found something with Aqua Teens which isn't even anime, but Nada on the Akira video.

(and I'm wondering how DBZ can be over and done with with but Akira is not when it is OLDER, especially the manga from which Akira came)

Do you have a direct link to this video, because I'm not finding it.

why DBZ is over done compared to Akira:

DBZ videos = 5447
Akira videos = 525

For every one Akira video there is 10 DBZ videos

There's another way of looking at that.

IT'S MORE POPULAR THAN AKIRA!

But to say DBZ is "over and done with" when Akira is much older is kind of an uninformed opinion.

I'm also sick of the "let's one up everybody with the most obscure anime I can find and show everybody what a expert on anime I am."

Not that Akira is, but there is a reason why DBZ gets done more. It's better, it's more recognizable, and it has more action scenes.

I might as well do cut scenes from my kid's Kingdom Hearts, and she got bored of that a long time ago.

DBZ is over and done with b/c there are over 5000 AMVs to it. Why are there so many? there is a shit load of mindless fighting. Its easy to use. Its easy to get. Most peoples first anime was DBZ.

Just b/c Akiras older doesn't mean its done with. Thats like saying Linkin Park isn't done with b/c they are a new band. But Ozzy Osburne is b/c his music is old.
