oem RAM is next to worthless. the MSI k7N2 Delta won't take it, and that's a basic end user board. The SK8N won't take Crucial. (working on a fix now)
Crucial, Corsair, and Mushkin RAM are high-end RAM. Very expensive, but you get what you pay for. *wute!*
Kingston is what you'd call high-end value RAM. a solid trooper. No fuss, no muss.
