*thinks* It's lucky to have a Canadian Tire.
AFAIK, Best Buy in Canada = Future Shop. They have one about... 25km from my house, and I've only been there about... once.

My local blockbuster around the corner is surprisingly filled with anime DVD's though

Agreed. Best advice I can give you is, when you do find a place with anime, make sure the anime that you buy is worth owning.

Madokai (srry for mutalateing your name)... Is there a mall in a surrounding town? My towns simular to yours... we have like 2 blockbusters (1 really since each one only counts as like... HALF of one.) and both of them are anime less. WEe have a walmart. ANIMELESS. we have... nothing else really. Exept a mall the size of a mud puddle. Luckily for me that mall has 1 store that (OMG) ACTUALLY HAS ANIME! Now since your town is smaller I said surrounding towns.

I don't have a credit card either. So I use a debit card. I'm not sure about the US, but in the UK you can get them before you're old enough to get a credit card. You can link it to paypal really easily. Which means you can buy anything from Amazon, a lot of stuff off ebay, and donate to the .org with just a few clicks.

Get one of these things and a job and you'll be in anime heaven. Fancy that new Spirited Away DVD? Click-click-click. The first Kill Me Kiss Me manga? Click-click-click.

(btw, I'd recommend donating to the org - it took about 25 seconds from thinking of doing it to having this cool little bold "donated" thing under my icon. also gives you a warm thingly feeling, a desire to show off (META!) but most importantly u can see everyones star ratings easily, which is just ultimate pervy fun)
