AIW 9800 and Converting VOBs to AVI?

A few thoughts.. you may have a corrupted file or dll assoicated with the apps.. try reinstalling

Or maybe a setting is different such as DMA not being enabled on the hard drive, and a bit more detail on the problem could be helpful
