No she doesn't need them (so I personally don't think she needs them) however, if Lina sees it as important, than its probably best that she does.

Yeah if she's looking to make them bigger (which she is) I think she should, but I think she looks fine as is.

No her breasts are big enough! Those jokes would be funny if she actually had tiny ones but one must remember although Amelias are bigger than hers Amelia and naga are sisters and very well endowed. It's not fair comparing lina to naga for example.
