Can't do it: the video is not listed in the dB. You can try contacting the creator, Dave Peterson of Cracked Hoe Productions.

your best bet is to recreate the skeletal effect using a rendering program such as lightwave or Bryce, and adjusting the translucency of your poser skeleton that way.
Poser has some pretty impressive texturing functions, try Renderosity.com for tutorials on how

At best, premiere is going to let you create an overlay, with some transparency effects.

Something like this right?

yes, that is what i want to make. however, i do not have Lightwave >< i wanted to get it, but Maya looked better, and from what people over at CGtalk seem to say, it is. i would need a Maya tut for it, and mind you, i have only had Maya for about 2 months, and played with it a grand total of like a few hours O_O OMG this program is confusing ><
