Maybe you can time it so you could attend both Anime Boston and Sakura-Con in the same month.
Cheers

I'm shocked, hurt, and insulted at your allegations. I happen to be president of my school's new anime club, and we happen to be across the state from Boston. What's wrong with all of us going?

I'm going by myself. I won't stand any chance of winning at all.

I'm not going in person, but I am sending new material. The submission tape will be equipped with vital Dropping Long Hairs, Wearing Illegible Black T-Shirts, Being A Smartass On Panels, Overdosing On Magnum Markers, and Getting Whupped In The Contest modules, so even if I wasn't locked up with finals 800 miles away, I wouldn't need to show up.

Don't mind Freako; every time someone starts an AniBo thread, s/he shows up to say how much last year's con sucked, how bad the AMV contest was, etc. Someone's bitter about both their videos going into overflow.....

Shin Hatsubai is a Premiere-free studio. Insomni-Ack is habitually worthless.

-con was ok (only real complain was the crowding)

-amv contest was horrid.

-did Anibo even have an overflow??

-did not enter any videos last year , assclown.

-Attendence is capped to 800 less than the attendence last year.

-It had its moments. While I no longer believe that I contributed anything of quality to the competition, I shall make up for it this year =)

-It was on Sunday morning, and from what PatrickD mentioned of the numerous bad-video-quality entries, probably wasn't worth seeing.

-Better get started, deadline's in 2.5 months...
