Well, me being colorblind I couldn't really say, but it seems to me that just about every anime DOES have at least one person with either blue or purple hair, or at least some unnatural hair color. And as for Strong Bad, or should I say Stinkoman, believe all that he says, for he is a God among Flash animated men!!!!

And theres Haruka from RahXephon, though her hair sometimes looks pewter and blue at other times ... meh it's close enough most of the time
