TV just takes to much time. I don't have enough even without watching it.
Of course, I've become mostly pop-culture deprived over the years. Though that's mostly because I was a sheltered child.

When I become an Evil Overlord my Legions of Terror will be an equal-opportunity employer. Conversely, when it is prophesied that no man can defeat me, I will keep in mind the increasing number of non-traditional gender roles.

any ways TV for the most part =

the few things i'll stop and watch for a few minuites when i'm walking past the TV are usualy the Space/scifi channel, teletoon (on rare occasions) and Discovery Channel (more often then not). Other then that i seldom watch more then 30 seconds of tv when i'm walking past it. I agree, watch movies, much better then whats on TV. i mean really, who needs censored news footage from the middle east? Now if only i had my own tv/vcr/dvd player in my room then i'd be a lot happier ... no i don't particularly like spending time with my family ... they bother me, so do most people i have to get stuck being around. (yes i'm antisocial ... comes with a sheltered/isolated childhood)

Tv is not for me anymore. I think the last show I watched with any regularity was that 70's show when it first came on. Too much anime to watch! I have 5 tvs and not one of them gets in regular channels unless I go out of my way to do so for somebody else. Animation is superior in every way to live action so if I'm bored I'll pop in a Ranma tape or something.
