Damn John Maynard Keynes...if only we had listened to you...Corran Productions wrote:I guess I haven't paid much attention to WA happenings but I do pity Oregon across the river.. especially Portland. They recently closed down three schools and cut out nearly a month of schooling, and released inmates due to lack of funding... among other things

i don't know about that ... if you want to come here to get away from post secondary education costs ... meh, i guess so, its only liek 10k per year at most universitis and a couple grand for colleges ... but don't come to ontario ... god no don't come here ... were ahving enough problems with our secondary to post secondary transitions ... because of this fucking double cohort ... god danm it ... so bloody annoying. But, as for debt ... i don't know what ontario owes, but i think my country is in several tens of billions of dollars of debt to your country ... the amazing thing is that we used to have all this surpluss ... and poof! it was gone ... i don't think any one i've asked about this knows what happened to that money ... i think about $3.50 went to paying off our debt and the rest probably went to making our Prime Minister a solid gold toilet ...Neptune L`amour wrote:Maybe we should all move to Canada.

But that will be the finest, most reliable toilet in the world. Unless it utilizes Canadian engineering and manufacturing methods, in which case call a plumber NOW.Propyro wrote:i think about $3.50 went to paying off our debt and the rest probably went to making our Prime Minister a solid gold toilet ...
