Need a scene

In Umineko no naku koro ni, Ange jumps off a building multiple times. Perhaps, you could try an episode with her in it? Episodes 18 - 26 have her in them.

Alright I'll look at that. It seems like a lot of female characters doing the jumping, and it would be easiest to use a male character, but I may be able to make 'em work. Keep the suggestions coming if you got them .

OH also, if any of the sources that you can think of are 4:3, that'll make my life sooooo much easier.

Well, not 4:3, but Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei has a blonde who tries to jump off a school building. It's only somewhat silhouetted (just darkened) and the body shot is clearly a long-haired blonde, but the hands and feet scenes might be usable for you. (You can see what it looks like here, mind your volume).

Death Note's got that scene early on of a guy falling from a building...I use it in my "Lethal Death Note Weapon" vid if you want to check it out.
