Gundam wing AMV, fitting song?

I was thinking of making an AMV of Gundam Wing, with Heero as my primary focus. I wanted to use You know my name ( the Casino Royale theme) as my background track. Does anyone know where I can find free DvD ripping software? Do you think this a good Idea for an AMV?
