I give money and LOSE donator status?

Okay, so, I see it's that time of year for Phade to ask people to pony up the cash. So I did. But instead of keeping my donator status, I LOSE it. WTF is that about? My status is pending, I have been denied from accessing the donator's forum. It makes me cry.

Your previous donation (annual) was on 2006/03/01.
The system removed you from the donator forum when that period expired on 2007/03/02.
Your new donation is not registered right when you donate, but when Donation-Man enters it into the system. (if via PayPal) I bugged him and he entered it.
