You can't make a script for what you want to do because your souce is inherintely flawed. You are trying to take a mix of telecined footage with native 29.97fps footage and inverse telecine the entire thing without making it jumpy. You can't.

There is no script to do what you want to do. Without fixing what you messed up in the first place, you have to either interlace it and deal with it or use your existing script that makes it jumpy. You have to either suck it up and fix what you did wrong at the point where you can fix it, or deal with having an encode that is either jumpy or has de-interlacing ghosts.

remaking it is not an option, as there is a deadline. otherwise i would have already.

if your not gonna try to actually fix it, post elsewhere

The deadline approaching is your fault for being too lazy to spend the 15mins to prepair your footage correctly in the first place.

If you don't believe me go ask anyone else. Tell them you did a bunch of effects and transsitions natively at 29.97fps and you want to make them 23.976 without just decimating frames and having it look jumpy or just being stuck de-interlacing.

If you'd read the guides you'd know you arn't going to make a script to do this. Why else do you think all the scripts that normally work to easly inverse telecine anime arn't working here? Do you think your footage is magically different? No, you messed it up and made it hybrid footage.
