I dont know if i should delete the listing or what?
I dont want to end up breaking any rules

It's not a problem. You don't have to upload the video at all if you don't want to. As long as you've finished editing the video, you can list it.

AND if you dont want it to show up in the database then roll back the "premeire date" that should keep it from being visable till youre ready to upload it.

then when youre ready to upload it reset the premeire date to present day or "in the past"

you can change that information on the "edit my video" page 1 of the video.... you can get to that by going to the edit my videos page (you can find it in the main menu)
