iTunes and Adobe. Can they be friends?

I need to know if it's possible to make a purchased iTunes song usable in Adobe Premire. If it is, how would I go about doing it?

Not too familiar with them itunes, I reckon. However, lets see, is this a m4p file? If I remember correctly these have drm and cannot be converted, well to my knowledge and after many a trial and error I have not been able to convert it using free software. So the short answer, assuming it has DRM would be no.

The workaround would be for you to burn your sweet itunes files in to a cd then rip the song off of that in to wav format and use it in adobe.

Itunes lets you burn the songs to a cd, so I suggest you do that and just take the songs from the cd.

I remember reading about a project that had software for unlocking iTunes music, based the fact that if you paid for it, you can do whatever you want to it. But I don't remember the name.

There are in fact, various cracks out there that will strip the DRM from Itunes, Napster etc..
In my experience they tend to be flaky. Your best bet really is to rip the song to CD.
Then, you always have the CD as a back up incase you lose, or cancel your subscription. Yes, if you cancel your subscription, you lose th ability to play all that music you downloaded. Joy for DRM.

itunes are compressed audio. just buy the cd so you can work with a lossless source

I thought that was only with subscription services such as Napster, not pay-per-download services such as Itunes.

Unless Itunes has a subscription service now...

I had my DRM types mixed up. My school used to have a napster account for me to download and burn music, thus I got confused.
