Any songs that work for Shigure or Kyo? (Fruits Basket)
I want to make a Shigure/Kyo AMV, for my friend who really likes the pairing. I can't think of any songs that might work, though. So if there are any songs anyone can think of that apply to either or both of them, let me know. Thanks!

Ooo, I really support this amv being made! I've never even considered that pairing seriously, but, I really like it now that I think about it. By the title, I thought you were going to do another flat Kyo character amv, which there are already too many good ones for him. But a pairing vid, yes! Hmn, let me think of some suggestions...
Well, ha ha, there was that cartoon on Nickelodeon, "Cat Dog", about the cat and dog attached at the hips, and the theme song was all "Cat Dog, Cat Dog, alone in the world was a little Cat Dog". Ha ha, that's silly, but, I was trying to think of cat/dog songs and that one came to mind.
Or for more silly songs... "The Cat Came Back", that kids song, heh. Maybe, if you can find a good version... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Cat_Came_Back
Or even "What's New Pussycat", which would be comedic and something I can see Shigure singing. Lyrics here. Sorry, I can only seem to think of comedic spins on it, maybe if I think of more I can suggest em. I'm annoyed I can't think of something better....
Hn, for serious-ish-ness, maybe The Smith's "Is It Really So Strange". Lyrics here. It could be Shigure singing, saying, "Is it really so strange, even if we're cousins, both men, and cat & dog?"

Thank you so much! The reason I didn't put the pairing in the title is because I thought people would be more likely to respond if they had ideas for just one of them...and one could apply to both...? I don't know. I'm doing this AMV for a friend, it's her OTP and I don't entirely get it, but that's okay!
Aside from the Smiths song, I know most of the ones that you mentioned...I am definitely considering using one of them! I've always loved the Cat Dog theme, and Tom Jones is awesome. I guess I'll see what would appeal to my friend more. I'm going to download the Smiths one and listen...if I use any of these ideas I'll definitely tell you/credit you/yeah! Thank you so much!

Here it is! I used the song 'What's New Pussycat' and I think it turned out alright. It isn't as polished as I'd like, because Windows Movie Maker sucks and crashes constantly when you're close to finishing so it becomes impossible to do much editing. But yeah. Enjoy!
