How can I add videos Of Animes That are not in The list?

I got another question..How can I add a Video of an Anime That does not exist in The list of Animes, I can tick to add it to the video description..When I add a new Anime and Then I tick this one, I cant upload the video on local..Does anyone know how I can do that?

You can add new anime in the "anime" step of adding a new video. Be aware that new anime are subject to administrative approval before they are marked as legitimate source.

ohh..Okay..so If I add a new On I have to wait until its approved..okay..
