Are you on XP? Are you running a legal version of XP? Are you running a stripped XP? The answers of these questions will help us. Also, I downloaded and reinstalled the AMVApp a few days ago, and it was working fine, and .dlls are on your computer already.

No, only the ones that come with Windows (whichever version you used for the reformat) are. The others are there because you installed programs that installed them, or because you downloaded them from somewhere else and installed them yourself. (Example: FFTW3.dll, an FFT library that is required to use Fizick's AVISynth plugin <a href="http://avisynth.org.ru/fft3dfilter/fft3 ... DFilter</a>.)

For instance, some of my programs used to complain that MSVCR70.dll (Microsoft Visual C Runtime 7.0) was not found, so I either installed Visual Studio .NET 2003 or downloaded the DLL by itself from the Web somewhere; I don't remember.

However, an AltaVista search for ist_Destroy.dll turns up nothing, and I've never heard of the library before, so.
