You can use any audio from the DVD, and any audio from the soundtrack. The only audio that is prohibited is any unrelated(to the series), copyrighted material. Feel free to create customized music for your trailer. My trailer is pretty simple, about a 105 seconds. Remember your maximum length is two minutes! Good luck to you all.

Re: Trailer
yeah, well im using blackjack, prolly one of the least popular animes on that list... so im at a disadvantage to start with... but i guess just make it as flashy as possible and hope and pray that people vote for yours (as well as pimp it until your hands fall off)Vlad G Pohnert wrote: the only other questions is, since winners are determined by fan votes, how is the popularity of a series taken into account. For example, fans are more likely to vote for an Utena trailer then a Record of Loduss War or even one of the lesser known titles as a more popular title always influences fan voting in contests... So if I choose a less popular title, it will have a dissadvantage agains a very popular one if the trailers are to go head to head....

Lucky for me I got all the Loduss War Soundtracks.. The originals very expensive ones from Japan whe it first came out no lessjubjub2 wrote:I was wondering about this myself. If there is something specific, then I might have to go shopping for a soundtrack before I get too serious about this. (Yeah, shopping for anime-related items is SUCH a hardship.Vlad wrote:I imagine we can use any music/songs from the official soundtracks to the DVDs, or any other audeo (dialog, music, sounds, etc) from the DVDs themselves?)
