erm... I'm haveing trouble finding my envelopes lol. Would it be ok if I ftped them now and mailed the form(s) later (tomorow if not today)? I forgot to buy envelopes yesterday lol. Totaly my fault and I'll respect whatever decision you make.

Also what if it's under two different screen names?? (don't ask...) Do I send in two forms or just list it under the one studio.

There's a little over 36 hours left at the time of posting. Entries are flooding in, and in case I haven't made it clear the first 10 times, it will not be extended.

The following creators have uploaded videos, but have not uploaded forms yet. I have not entered them in the contest yet. I have not mpegged them. I have not even opened them. As far as I'm concerned, until I get the paperwork, they don't even exist. I went to the PO on Thursday and there was nothing. I will go again today, so if you mailed yours out, it could be sitting there now. Anyways, on to the chewing-out!

I was posting the AMVs last minute, just before I had to go for a weekend at a local con. I read the rules before, but for somehow missed the fact that I had to scan the form. Now at that time, my computer was the only one working in the house and I don't have a printer port (barebone Shuttle) and not a scanner either, so I just left it like that, not having enough time.

Ah well, next time better. I'm only wondering, it really had to be a scan? Could I also fill it in using my tablet (that way I can put signature also)?
