You don't. Unless you intend to upload a remastered version?

If you go into "Edit My Videos" on the main page, under your vids, there will be a link that says "Request deletion of bad entry" click that and it will ask you which vid you want to remove and why. A vid will only be removed if there is a valid reason, like you remasterd it (which is different from remaking it.), you made a mistake exporting it, you mistakenly uploaded someone else's vid, etc. "This vid sucks, I don't like it" is not a valid reason. Your request will then be reviewed by a mod, and if they feel its a valid reason, they will remove it for you. Just be patient. It may take a couple weeks to hear back from them.

They don't actually remove the video IIRC, they simply unlink it from the website. If you mannage to pull of bullshit to get it removed because you don't like it, and never upload another one they can simply link it back.

Plus, we have been known to get angry when that happens.

It doesn't happen. There is no system in place to delete accounts.

I think that's a bad rule, you should be able to delete your own accont and then your videos would automaticly be deleted too! :(

If you want the option to make your videos unavailable for download, get your own hosting.

Or just never upload them in the first place.

Advantages of not uploading locally:
- You can make the video undownloadable at any time
- Viewers don't have to give you star ratings
- Viewers don't have to get the local copy in order to give you opinions

Disadvantages of not uploading locally:
- You have to pay for the bandwidth yourself
- You can't get star ratings

(I can't stand the "if a video is hosted locally, you MUST get the local copy to leave an opinion" rule, but maybe that's just because I've never gotten any fraudulent opinions.)
