I have upgraded the quality of my video, but I have also changed it quite a bit. It has the same idea, but I didn't understand the FAQ, and didn't know whether to make a new file. It is the same anime, some of the same footage, differently timed, new ending, many new scenes, and as said much higher quality.
To compare them, watch mine on this site, then watch it on my myspace at

I really want to know cause I think it is alot better.
Do I request deletion?

It's a new video and therefore requires a new entry. they only way a remaster is allowed is if, say you used well filtered DVDs and first used VHS or digisubs (if the same exact scenes are used throughout the video). Otherwise, it's a remake - a new video.
