How do you upload an AMV somewhere after downloaded?

I'm using Windows, and I got my AMV, after downloading it, how can I put my video up somewhere? I can't seem to figure out..

Wait, whut? Do you mean EXPORTED instead of DOWNLOADED? And are you asking how to UPLOAD it?
