Non-spoiler tag

I noticed another thread topic on this but it had been locked.

When I try to upload my video and select the anime that is used, the uploader automatically tags it with "Spoilers" even though I dont have the 'S' chekbox checked. I only use the first two episodes from the series so I would think that "spoilers" is not right. Is this a bug or is this working as intended?

Same thing happend with me. It had to get fixed manually. There seems to be a bug in the system for certain series.
