New Version of a Video

How do I upload a second, higher quality video to a video profile that already has one...i want to have it to where you can download a smaller low qual version or a bigger high qual version.

then you need to have an direct/indirect link to the second video. Since you only get 1 local.
There are many free upload sites out there where you can store your video [hell, all my videos have alternative download places]. Although, most expire after no one's downloaded it for 30 days. Which means you just have to remember to download it yourself every month to make sure it stays up ^^

Also, with direct/indirect links, you can have little comments down there for people who don't bother to read AMV descriptions >_> and put something like "This is the low/high quality version".

You can only have one of the 2 up here. If you want both, you need to have your own hosting for one of them. Now, if you want to have the smaller one hosted on your own space to save bandwidth and it's the one on the site now contact a mod and ask for a new upload permission for a better-quality file.

What you want to do is file a deletion request. With that, you can get your local file removed so you can upload a higher quality one.
