I wasn't trying to break rules. That's just not my thing. I was trying to make it acceptable as per the rules as before mentioned. Apparently it wasn't enough black cat footage. These things happen. But to say i was "caught" like some common criminal is a tad rude. I've seen worse attempts to do what i'm accused of doing. The only thing i wanted was at least a little notice that it was being removed or maybe a reason why it was removed. That's all. And i received neither. Just a big No next to he video when i was checking if an op was left. If this has cause thta big of a problem i apologize.

This point is likely the problem; that you were trying to salt what was basically a non-anime video with just enough anime to meet the local qualifications. This is always going to be a violation, and is always going to get your videos removed because it's a violation of the spirit of the rules. This is why people have been saying that you got caught out, because it was a conscious attempt to circumvent the intentions of the local server and host a non-anime video.

For future reference, "enough" anime footage should probably be defined as the level at which it becomes an AMV salted with non-anime material, rather than a non-anime video salted with anime. This is probably close to the actual standard used by the mods, and clearer (though less specific) than the miscellaneous percentile qualifiers that people have been throwing around.

If you want people to see it that badly, here's what I suggest.

First, if you have friends here or if you know people who like Boondocks as much as you, tell them about it in a PM. Next find a host for your MV, or send it to them in email or Instant Messanger or something.

But it's never going to get on local.

I'm not sure though, but maybe you could make a direct link page? I'm not sure if you could though, I've seen a South Park vid with it's own page that's a direct link.
