Mass deletion of my videos

Post by VerDjR » Sun Jul 16, 2006 1:31 pm

Just a question, I'm I allowed to have all my video deleted? The reason is because I'm resizing then and converting them.

So will this be possible? Thank you :)

you can make requests to replace the currently hosted videos with remasterd videos. once the request is granted, you should be able to upload the remastered version of the video to the same video entry.

to make the request, go to http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... te_vid.php and explain you want to upload a remastered version for the videos you want to replace.

I hope you don't mean resizing and converting your existing distribution copies... because that would only make them look much worse...

Unless by "resizing" he means fixing a PAR problem or re-encoding a larger version of the files in something like h264 to keep filesize low but video size higher.

It's not as if they look any better now  . And I have tried my method and it appears to work and look ok.

I have heard of h264 but never used it before. I'll do some reseach on it before doing anything ;) .

In fact, I'll keep the ones uploaded to here and direct link to the resized etc ones. Thank you :)
