iirc, the DC version has DD2.0 audio whereas the Platinums have DD5.1 audio (both languages). Both releases include the original on-air versions and the director's cut versions of each episode. But the biggest difference is the video quality of the Platinum releases are MUCH better. No more frame jitter, and everything is clearer and cleaner.CHAMELEON_D_H wrote:Does anyone know what's the differnce between the Eva Platinum, and the Director's cut?

I back this up too, I have the Platinum releases, and when compared to the Director's Cuts, the Platinum releases pwn in quality and in smoothness.Willen wrote:iirc, the DC version has DD2.0 audio whereas the Platinums have DD5.1 audio (both languages).
